Meet And Greet Policy
We are making available Meet and Greet passes to 10 people plus
1 guest each per show. All you have to do is submit your name and the
date of the show, city and venue, and we will pull 10 names at random
and award 2 meet & greet passes for that show. You will receive an
email one week before the show stating that you have received meet
and greets. You must print this email just in case there is
a mix up with your passes and you must contact Mark's Road Manager
Kenny Thurman.
Rules and Guidelines
1. Each winner is responsible for purchasing their own admittance to
the concert. You must have tickets to the show to go to the meet &
greet. Meet & Greet passes do not give the member any special
privileges towards parking, merchandise, etc.
2. Certain shows (private engagements, fairs, festivals, casinos) may
not allow Meet & Greet opportunities.
3. You must bring a picture I.D. , and email you received from Mike with
you in order to gain access to the Meet & Greet.
How To Apply
1. Meet & greet requests must be made at least one week before the
show for which you are requesting passes.
2. You will receive an email response if (and only if) you are one of the
ten on the list. We will send those e-mails out approximately one week
before the show.
3.If you are approved for the show you requested, an envelope with
your name on it, containing your pass, will be available at the Mark
Chesnutt Merchandise table.
4.Meet and Greets occur usually one hour before the show starts so be
sure to pick up your tickets prior to that.
5.You will receive specific instructions with your pass indicating where
to meet and when for the actual meet and greet.
